A Sweet Day with Family, Friends, and Their dog
Arianna and Philip's wedding at Fern Hill Barn was filled with meaningful moments and included one very special guest—their dog, Koda.
Rather than doing a first look, the two chose to wait until the ceremony to see each other for the first time. Before the ceremony, though, Arianna shared a special first peek with her dad in the greenhouse. It was such a sweet moment as he got to see her all dressed in her wedding gown before walking her down the aisle.
Koda played an important role in the celebration, walking down the aisle with Philip and later joining us for photos. He was a wonderful part of the day and made the celebration feel even more personal.
The overcast skies created beautiful, soft light throughout the day and allowed us to take photos all around the grounds after the ceremony. With no wedding party, the day had a relaxed, intimate feel, giving us plenty of time for family photos and couple portraits around the property.
The reception continued the family-centered atmosphere of the day with sweet parent dances, including a father-daughter dance and a mother-son dance. Later in the evening, Arianna and Philip snuck outside for a few nighttime photos before returning to celebrate with their family and friends.
From Arianna's special peek with her dad in the greenhouse to photos with Koda and a few nighttime portraits before heading back to the reception, their wedding day was relaxed, personal, and focused on spending time with the people they love most.
