Lavender florals, garden party details, and a September celebration full of fun at Fern Hill Barn.
Becca and Sean brought a beautiful garden party feel to their September wedding at Fern Hill Barn in Spencer, MA. With lavender and sage green details, floral bridesmaid dresses, and plenty of personal touches, their day was full of color, fun, and celebration with family and friends.
We started with Becca and Sean's first look in the greenhouse before heading out around the grounds for couple photos. With all of their wedding party and family photos completed before the ceremony, they were able to relax and enjoy more time with their guests afterward.
The wedding party looked great together! Becca's bridesmaids wore lavender floral dresses in different shades and patterns, giving everything a fun, garden party feel. The groomsmen wore dark gray suits that paired perfectly with the softer colors. The garden theme continued into the reception with lavender and sage green linens and table details, along with little succulents for guests to take home as favors.
Sean's sister officiated their ceremony, making it an especially personal part of the day. Afterward, we took advantage of the September light for a few more couple photos before Becca and Sean headed off to enjoy cocktail hour with their guests.
The reception kicked off with introductions and their first dance, followed by a private cake cutting, toasts, and parent dances. They also did a fun photo dash, bringing their guests out onto the dance floor for photos with the newlyweds.
When it was time to really get the party started, Becca changed into a second dress that was perfect for dancing. From there, the dance floor stayed busy as everyone celebrated the night away!
