Kelsey and Alex celebrated their wedding at Fern Hill Barn with a fun and relaxed spring wedding surrounded by their family and friends. From the start of the day, everything felt personal to them and full of little details that reflected their personalities and relationship.
Before the ceremony, Kelsey and Alex shared a quiet first touch and private vows in the greenhouse. It was a nice chance for them to slow down together before the day officially began while still saving the big reveal for the ceremony.
Their ceremony was officiated by friends, which made it feel especially personal and meaningful. There were so many moments throughout the ceremony that had guests laughing and smiling because it truly reflected who Kelsey and Alex are as a couple.
After the ceremony, we explored the Fern Hill grounds for portraits before moving into family and wedding party photos. Spring weddings are always beautiful at Fern Hill Barn, with everything starting to turn green again and soft light throughout the property.
One of the most unique parts of the day was their brunch reception. Kelsey and Alex love brunch, so instead of a traditional wedding cake, they snuck away together to feed each other waffles. It was such a fun moment and perfectly fit the vibe of the day.
Kelsey also organized a game of Kahoot during the reception, giving guests a chance to test how well they knew the couple. It got everyone involved and added another fun and personal touch to the celebration before everyone spent the rest of the afternoon out on the dance floor.
Kelsey and Alex’s wedding was a great reminder that weddings do not have to follow a traditional timeline to feel special. Their brunch wedding was relaxed, personal, and full of energy from beginning to end. Congratulations Kelsey and Alex!
