Olivia & Eric’s Fern Hill Barn Wedding – Rain, Joy, and a Whole Lot of Love
The rainy Saturday streak kept going for Olivia and Eric’s wedding day at Fern Hill Barn in Spencer, MA—but nothing could dampen the spirit of this celebration. From start to finish, the day was filled with laughter, love, and meaningful moments, rain or shine.
With most of the greenhouse plants moved to their summer homes outdoors, the space opened up beautifully for a special first look between Olivia and her dad. We also used the greenhouse for wedding party photos, keeping everyone dry while still capturing the charm of Fern Hill’s grounds.
Olivia and Eric’s dog Ross made an adorable guest appearance, joining the fun for portraits and even walking down the aisle during the ceremony. And despite the drizzle, each side of the wedding party embraced the moment with umbrellas in hand for a few outdoor photos before the ceremony began indoors.
Just in time for family and couple portraits, the weather cleared up and gave us the chance to head outside again. The tent was dressed up in beautiful shades of purple, setting the stage for a lively and joy-filled reception.
Olivia and Eric danced the night away surrounded by their favorite people—and we’re so glad we got to be there to capture it all.
