Steph & Garret’s Rainy Spring Wedding at Fern Hill Barn
Steph and Garret’s April wedding at Fern Hill Barn in Spencer, MA was everything a spring wedding should be—lush blooms and soft colors. They also had the kind of steady rain that could have thrown the day off track, but didn’t.
It rained all day, but Steph and Garret embraced it with such ease. With umbrellas in hand, they made the most of every moment and never let the weather dampen their joy. The flowering trees were in full, spectacular bloom, creating a gorgeous spring backdrop for their portraits. Light green dresses and delicate details added to the fresh, seasonal feel and looked amazing with the natural landscape.
They held their ceremony in the tent, which had just gone up for the season—transforming into a cozy, intimate space filled with laughter and happy tears. From there, the celebration flowed effortlessly into the barn ballroom, where they gathered with family and friends for a night of dancing, connection, and one very popular late-night pretzel bar.
Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and it was a joy to capture such a fun, meaningful day. Rain or shine, Steph and Garret’s wedding was beautiful from start to finish.
